I need to start saving money for a house. I do not make much money and I have some bills. But I do have some spare money every now and then. Whats the best way to save money without being tempted to spend it.
Put your extra money in a savings account that is not easily accessible to you, preferably a high-interest account at a completely different bank than the one you use for your other checking and other savings. Have whatever money you can afford deposited DIRECTLY into that account from your paycheck or from your checking account. Make it so that you never really get your hands on the money in the first place. Use this account as your long-term, "permanent" savings account. Make it automated, and just forget about it and let it grow.
Also, though, you should open a savings account that is attached to your checking account. If you have extra in your checking account when it’s time to get paid again, move that extra into your savings. Try to build that savings account up to at least $1,000 — or more — and think of it as your "emergency fund." Try not to use it, but knowing that you have an EF will give you tremendous peace of mind and help you not use credit when you DO have an emergency or an unexpected expense. It sounds weird, but it’s amazing how much easier it is to save money once you have a little cushion built up.
Also, you should contribute to your 401k. Most employers do matching up to a certain amount or percentage. (My company matches 100% of the first 3% we contribute to our 401k, and then 50% of the next 2% we contribute.) That’s free money. First-time homeowners MAY be able to use money from their 401k to help pay for their first house. There are conditions and rules that apply, and various taxes and penalties. But it is an option for some folks.

What would it be the Macroeconomic effect if people saved more money instead of spending it?
would it reduce inflation? I mean supposing that all the money is in the banks or with the people, and just bought the things they need, in that way the money would still be in circulation but if more people saved more money (specially extra money, like bonuses, etc) instead of spending it, would that increase the purchasing power parity of people (per Capita)
I know it’s a microeconomic matter, but however I think it would have a macroeconomic effect if a substantial amount of individuals or people did that

Just to clarify, what you are referring to will probably never happen as people are always wanting to fulfill not only their needs, but their wants. However, I don’t agree with your statements as the main reason that inflation occurs is because of quantitative easing (printing money) which is the government’s way of stimulating the economy as they spend this money on infrastructure which creates jobs. Essentially, with more jobs their is more income to increase the purchasing power. However if people don’t spend money the government has no reason to print money.
Obviously businesses and markets will be negatively affected in a huge way as they are acquiring less income for their company because people are not buying their product or service. Especially companies that fall under the "want" category will be insignificant.
If one’s monetary income stays the same, but the price level increases, the purchasing power of that income falls. Inflation does not always imply falling purchasing power of one’s money income since it may rise faster than the price level. A higher real income means a higher purchasing power since real income refers to the income adjusted for inflation.
